I’m pleased to share here some new poems published recently at two online journals: ‘Three Poems with Edward Lear’ at Tentacular & ‘A Worn and Emptied Map’ at The Honest Ulsterman.
All four poems are from my current writing project: a novella-in-poems about Edward Lear’s journey as a landscape painter into the Ottoman Empire in 1848-1849.
